Our engineers can help turn your idea into a production-ready concept. Including all the required development stages and clearly defined go/no-go decision points, right through to the engineering and production of the mould.
We support you from concept to completion with our knowledge, experience, and where required, our network of specialist partners. Where appropriate, we can also co-invest in a project to improve its feasibility.

Thermoforming
You have specific requirements
We produce them with thermoforming
Thermoforming is a production process that offers a wide range of possibilties for customised products. Moulds for thermoformed products are relatively cost-effective to manufacture or modify, helping to keep your initial investment under control.
And with our 24/7 production operation, medium and large production runs can be manufactured and delivered quickly.
Materials
Our standard material is recycled PS (polystyrene), available in black and Cyclos-certified, NIR-detectable grey.

Injection molding
You choose strenght, stability and reusability
We recommend injection molding
Injection moulding offers even greater flexibility than thermoforming when it comes to giving plastic products the required shape, colour, thickness and strength.
The initial costs of developing a mould is relatively high. Injection moulding is therefore particularly suitable for high-volume products, products designed for frequent use, products exposed to heavier loads and applications requiring greater dimensional accuracy.
Materials
The main raw material used for our injection-moulded products is PP, or polypropylene, a highly recyclable plastic. We process both virgin and recycled PP.
We also process HDPE, ABS, PC, LDPE, PA6, POM, TPU, and TPE.

As part of our supply agreements, we also work with you to identify the most suitable logistics solution.
Our production operation is organised so that many products can be supplied directly from stock. We can also arrange international shipping on your behalf.
