Project Clean Cups has been completed

Project Clean Cups has been completed. We look back on an intensive and educational journey in which we made great strides in the development of compostable coffee cups and biopolymer applications. Thanks to EFRO for the support, the trust, and the pleasant collaboration. Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive, the market potential for cold- or home-compostable coffee cups unfortunately appears limited. We will take the knowledge and insights gained with us to future innovations.
